Updated Footnote/Endnote Manager for InDesign
Announced by Virginia Systems

August 24, 2004 Midlothian, Virginia. Virginia Systems announced today that it is shipping an updated version of its Sonar Bookends InFnote plug-in for Macintosh and Windows.

Sonar Bookends InFnote is a footnote/endnote management system for Adobe's InDesign desktop publishing system. The new features include:

* Footnotes are now moved from page to page automatically, and as necessary, to ensure that each footnote is on the same page as its reference.

* A separator line is automatically drawn above all footnote text boxes that actually contain footnotes.

* Additional numbering scheme for footnotes is available: *, &dagger, &Dagger, §, ||, #, **, &dagger&dagger, etc.

The updated plug-in requires that each page of a document that contains footnote references, or could have footnote references flow onto it, have a text box where the plug-in can place any matching footnote destinations.

A free demo of the Sonar Bookends InFnote is available on Virginia Systems' web site at: www.virginiasystems.com

Sonar Bookends InFnote costs $195 for a single user license. Volume discounts are available. Existing Sonar Bookends InFnote 3.x owners can update for free. Owners of versions 1.x and 2.x can update for $100.
